Nine One · Media Mushroom Creative Ltd
Good people. Good energy.
Our code of conduct applies to everyone at a Nine One event.
Updated 23 September 2026
01. Room for everyone
Treat people with respect regardless of background, identity or experience. No harassment, discrimination, intimidation or unwanted attention. Come with friends or on your own; respect other people’s space and boundaries.
02. Keep the circle safe
Follow the organiser’s and venue team’s reasonable instructions. Use dandiya sticks carefully, stay aware of people around you and stop if someone feels unsafe. Violence, threats and dangerous behaviour are not welcome.
03. Consent and photographs
Ask before taking close-up photographs or videos of other attendees and respect a refusal. Do not assume that attending means someone agrees to feature in your content.
04. Speak to us
If something happens or you need help, speak to event staff immediately. For urgent danger contact the emergency services. You can also report concerns to hello@project91.london. We will take reports seriously and handle information sensitively.
05. Our response
We may intervene, refuse admission or ask someone to leave where necessary for safety or serious breaches. Booking and refund decisions remain subject to our published terms and applicable law.
