Booking terms.

Clear plans. Good nights. Here’s what to know before you book.

Updated 23 September 2026

01. Who you’re booking with

Nine One / Project 91 is operated by Media Mushroom Creative Ltd. These terms apply to tickets bought directly through project91.london. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17236823. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact hello@project91.london about bookings, accessibility requirements or these terms.

02. Your event

Garba Night takes place on 18 October 2026, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, at Harris Academy Chobham, 40 Cheering Ln, East Village, London E20 1BD. All times are local London time. Aarti is scheduled for 5:45 PM.

03. Tickets and payment

Current ticket types, prices and availability are shown on the booking page. Prices are in GBP. Your checkout shows the final amount, including any valid promotion, before payment. Availability is confirmed during checkout; selecting a ticket alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully confirmed and your ticket reference is issued.

04. Guest checkout and delivery

You can book without an account. Give a correct email address so we can send your ticket details from noreply@project91.london. Check your inbox and spam folder. If confirmation does not arrive after payment, contact us with your booking email; do not make a second purchase just to obtain confirmation. An optional verified account lets you view bookings associated with that email.

05. Age and admission

This event is for people aged 18 or over. Bring valid photographic proof of age and your ticket confirmation. Each valid ticket reference admits one person and must not be copied or shared for duplicate entry. Contact us before booking if you need assistance or information about access arrangements.

06. What the ticket includes

Your ticket covers event admission. Dandiya sticks and food are not included in the ticket price and are available separately at the venue. Do not assume that purchases from independent food or merchandise sellers are included in your ticket contract.

07. Promotional codes

Enter a code in the payment form before completing checkout. Codes are subject to the stated expiry, eligibility and redemption limits. Unless a promotion states otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. Refunds, where due, are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. The checkout must display the discount before you pay.

08. Refunds and event changes

Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind when the event goes ahead as advertised. Cancellation, rescheduling and changes of location are covered by our separate refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

09. Respect and safety

Follow reasonable venue and organiser safety instructions and our code of conduct. We may refuse entry or remove someone for violence, harassment, unsafe conduct, invalid tickets or failure to meet the age restriction. Any decision about a related refund will respect applicable law; these terms do not create a blanket exclusion of legal rights.

10. Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first if something goes wrong. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to use a court available to you under applicable law.
